WTA Council Representatives

Your school representation is determined by the following. Please complete the areas below based on this information. 

• 1-25 WTA Members = 1 Council Rep and 1 Alternate
• 26-50 WTA Members = up to 2 Council Reps and 2 Alternates
• 51+ WTA Members = up to 3 Council Reps and 3 Alternates.

1. A WTA member is counted as one whether they work full or parttime.
2. It is important to have at least 1 Council rep. named from your location so that the WTA has a primary contact person and a non-WSD email address.
3. If your school / unit is entitled to 2 or 3 Council Reps, but only one will be coming to the meetings on a regular basis, please list 1 Council Rep name and place any others in the Alternate section.  These individuals will still be entitled to attend meetings and vote based on the numbers above, but will not be used as part of the calculation for meeting quorum.
