I. Finance
A. The President shall receive a salary as per the Collective Agreement.
B. The President shall receive a President’s Allowance, plus an increase equal to the percentage increase in the Basic Salary Scale as per the Collective Agreement.
C. The President shall receive a car allowance as set at the Annual General Meeting of the Association.
D. The President shall have an expense account as set out at the Annual General Meeting of the Association.

II. Release Time
A. The position of President of The Winnipeg Teachers’ Association shall be at full-time release.
